This Privacy Notice is issued on behalf of Noble Foods.  When we mention “Noble Foods”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Notice, we are referring to the relevant Noble Foods company responsible for controlling your personal data.  All personal data you provide may be transferred or accessed by any Noble Foods entity in any jurisdiction.  If you are a resident of a European Economic Area country, which is deemed to include the UK (“EEA”), Noble Desserts Holdings Limited is the controller and responsible for any personal data they collect regarding EEA residents.

At Noble Foods we are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. This Privacy Policy, together with our terms and conditions, explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you when you are on this site. We do update this Policy from time to time so please do return and review this Policy regularly. This version was last updated 29th April 2020.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Information We Collect

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
